"Did I offend you?" Michael felt bad now... "I didn't mean it in a bad way... You do have a nice body..."

Dea blushed more. "No, you didn't offend me. I knew your sexuality was changing. I just realized that I'm living with you for the time being..."

"Well... I can say your personality might be what set it off. You're a wonderful person. I think... that I actually... love you." Michael blushed.

Dea squeaked. She loved Michael too, of course. But she wasn't sure if she really loved him or if it was just an infatuation. What if she died like her mother did? She was scared!

"You look panicked... what's wrong?" He felt concerned...

She stood up and ran to hug him. "I think I love you too," she said softly.

He embraced her. He had never felt such affection for a woman before... and Dea was a goddess, no less.... It was a miracle.

Dea was aware that she was still pretty much naked. At the moment, she didn't care. She wanted a consort. She wanted to be loved by someone. She wanted someone to love.

"Actually, I'm sure I love you." Michael had to let it all out. No point in hiding it any longer.

Dea answered by nuzzling against him, her eyes closed happily. He really did smell amazing...Maybe it wouldn't be so bad to have a human consort? Other gods had them, after all. She just had to be careful.

"Didn't you say something about your mother and a mortal though?" Michael asked remembering the night they met.

She nodded. "My mother had a child with a mortal. She gave up her life because he died. She broke the rules and brought him back to life...I think he was sent back to the land of the dead in the end."

"Well, don't bring me back to life, and we should be fine, no?" He was hopeful she'd be ok with that.

Dea blushed and nodded. "Yes..." She nuzzled him more, leaning into him happily. She wandered if she should go get dressed, but he was so much fun to hug!

"Go get dressed and we'll cuddle on the couch. Sound good?" he asked her.
