"I actually fish in a cove a couple of miles up the beach, there's a cave and the fish there I skin and eat. I keep whatever supplies I need there and save what money I have so I can buy what I want. I'm strange like that." he said looking at his overall's.

What an interesting person to run into on the beach. "Fishing is neat." She said, keeping the conversation going. "And believe me," Zema smiled poking the overalls on his chest where his focus was. "You are no where near strange." If anyone standing here was strange it would be herself.

"How many strangers do you know who have a bachelor's degree in science but would rather work on cars and enjoy the simple things in life?" he asked curiously waiting for some sort of response.

Zema thought for a moment to create suspense but frowned slightly. "I don't know any one with a degree." The truth was she didn't really have friends either.

"Now you do." he said with a smile. "Hey do you want to get something at the food cart?" he asked pointing to it. The vendor was currently selling walking up and down the beach. It included hot dogs, hamburgers, pretezels and soda's for sale as yelled out his menu to the crowds. "it's on me." he told her really nicely.

Her eyes seemed to grow wider as she noticed how hungry she really was. She laughed slightly. "On you? Alright then I'll be sure to get something." She reached out grabbing his hand not even thinking and began to pull him in the direction of the cart. Ideas of what she should get running through her head. Once there she pushed her goggles up onto her forehead.

The other women who zema seemed so self conscious of stared at the both of them in shock. M never noticed the way women looked at him because he didn't know there personality's. As the reached the cart the vendor stopped at let them take there time. Unacceptedly M smiled. "You know I like a girl with a appetite."

Zema's cheeks flushed. He was so open. "Really?" She said, suddenly self conscious about what she would get. She turned to the man working the stand in order to hide her face from M. "A pretzel and soda please." She whispered, loud enough for the man to hear. This really was the longest she had ever spoke with someone before.

"Really." he replied looking at zema with smile. He then looked towards the vendor to make his order. "I will have what she's having, a pretzel with cheese dipping sauch though and a root beer for my soda." he said specifically taking out exact change to pay the vendor.

Zema watched him get the exact change then watched the vendor prepare their food. Her mind was busy thinking.

Zema blinked, coming back to reality. "Ah, yes I am fine." Taking her part of the order then smiling at him. "Just got caught in a thought. Lets go sit over there."

Zema trailed in front of him where there just happened to be a picnic table. She sat her food down - the pretzel on a napkin of course- and wiped some sand off of it before sitting down. She smiled at M, hopeing she had not done something to freak him out. Was daydreaming a bad thing?

M took a seat happily at the picnic table putting doing his pretezel which for some reason was in a small paper sack which he placed on a napkin opening up the cheese sauce container. He looked out at the ocean and enjoyed the scent of the salt water. From there he opened his root beer and took a small sip of it, "I hope you enjoy this." he said with a smile.
