Rhythm walked into the cafe, watching around her. She knew that if she had stayed behind she wouldn't have been able to come here. Though she did miss being able to talk to people. Yeah, a voice would be nice to hear...

The smell and allure of a new young woman entered the cafe's atmosphere. She came in and brought new attention to Kira. Who sat there reading a newspaper. No coffee or any deserts of a kind were on his table. His eyes seemed to be black instead of crimson in the daylight.

His eyes fixed upon the new person. Kira rose up from his chair and made his way through the empty seats of the place and flicked her forehead as he got there. "Why are you here?", he questioned as no one else was inside the cafe.

A voice... Something in her subconcious registered the question, and she found herself making a reply. "To escape." Her voice was barely a whisper, and no one else in the room would be able to hear her. Her eyes were sad, but she watched carefully everything around her. She wasn't sure if he was friend or enemy, but it was a voice. Someone was speaking...

Kira then sighed and scratched the back of his head confused at her reply. So he walked around her and closed the door shut. Locking it too. His eyes glew a bit crimson as a slight grin escaped his clutches of expressions. It all quickly vanished as he face her. "Escaped from what exactly?", questioned the mysterious Kira.

But just as the gay decorations of the walls of this placed bothered Kira, the opened windows too. He quickly kicked a table towards the corner of the shop's front. Suddenly all the curtains closed in a domino fashion around the shop.

Rhythm watched as the door clicked shut. Normally by now she would be trying to figure a way out, in case things turned nasty, but her mind had gone blank. There was a reason why she shouldn't just let things happen, but right now she didn't know. "Everything..." she said. "Memories." her answers came in riddles, but so did her thoughts.

(Don't worry, you should only take offence if I call you normal without being sarcastic. Then you should feel insulted lol ^^)

Kira sighed and crossed his arms. "Is there a time for anything in this world that is worth being feared from other than death? Really now.. Anyway I suppose you ran away from home or something and need a job? The cafe doesn't open ina few hours. Until then you can register here and be my first employer?", asked Kira while lying through his teeth. This Cafe didn't belong to him but now it did as he killed the owners and drank their bodies dry from their blood and organs; leaving nothing behind.

"I have no home," she said. "But a job would keep my mind off things. I will work for you." Rhythm knew very well that she had enough money. Several thousand pounds were currently in her purse, but work would be interesting, and she was curious.

"Do you know how to register here? Or know how to register for a job in the city of Tokyo?", asked Kira as he walked away and sat in an open chair with a round table in front of him. He laid his elbows on it and placed both of his index fingers on his lips in a arrow formation. His eyes were eying this girl's physic and curves... Like a prey.

"No, I don't. I'm not from around here." Rhythm looked directly at him. "Where I'm from, none of us needed jobs of any kind."

Kira's curiosity perked up. She didn't know, hell he didn't want to know why she said 'us' didn't jobs from where she came from. He simply sat up and stretched a bit. "It's simple, you get on your knees and hands in front of me and I'll explain more into detail once you get down here in front of me..", a simple lie was given.

Rhythm watched his eyes carefully. "You have another motive," she said quietly. It wasn't an accusation, it was merely a statement. "Why would I trust you?"

"What? This is how we do business dear.. If you don't like it then your not going to get a job around here..", Kira simply said. Still keeping his cool toned voice as always to her. It truely was hard to tell if he was lying. He's been doing it for centuries. But how did it feel to almost know she could have known it was a different motive?

"If it was a different motive would you go for it?", he asked directly with his right eyebrow raising up slightly in curiosity.

"I don't exactly need one." She reached into her pocket, and brought out several notes. "As you can see, I don't need the money." Her eyes registered his questions.
"Maybe..." she said.

He simply stood up and looked at her money, ah hell he didn't need the money either. Instead his hands came up to grip onto the girl's shoulders. He looked at her dead in the eye and smiled. "Then do you mind? If we did it now? Also, what's your name...?", he questioned her out of sheer boredom. Almost like a giving option in his eyes.

"My alias is Rhythm," she said. She could hardly pass it off as a name anyway. So she may as well inform him it was an alias. "My real name... I'm not quite that stupid."
