Personality: Serious and to the point, always keeps objectives in mind. SOmetimes is known to open up around people he has feelings for and in the state of saving of lives hes the first one to jump in and help.

Background:

Leon is an idealistic rookie cop. He burns with the need to protect and to serve, and life as a cadet was an eye-opening experience. Leon, at the age of 21, was assigned to work for the Raccon City Police Department (R.P.D.) in their Slect Police Force (S.P.F.) division after graduating from the police academy. He arrived at Raccoon City on September 29, a few days later than he was scheduled to. After the bombing of the city he moved on to other pressing matters, only to be called in again on another crisis which invovled one of his old time partner. Now as part of the governments division he worked to protect the people and promise their safe return from where they had been trapped. Having saved many and caught the one responsible for the catastrophe he set off again for his next mission.


Relation to Death Note: New orders had arrived about trouble occuring in the streets of Japan. People dropping dead of heartattacks. With this he went in of his own accord wanting to help put a stop to this. Now he searches for the unknown Kiras while also looking for some backup help.
