" It's not hate.... it's love..."

Wesker simply stood up and walked over to her. Standing over her, he grips her by the arm and pulls her up to his face.

The painful hollow feeling grew bigger. Brigid slapped him, tears threatening to fall. "Don't lie to me," she hissed, pain coating her voice. "You tried to kill me. You've never once done anything nice for me. Don't you dare lie to me!"

" You think I can lie about something like this... I... do love you "

Wesker pulled her close, pressing his lips against her tightly.

Brigid struggled momentarily, tears running down her face. It didn't take long for her to surrender, though. His lips were soft and sweet. She kissed him back and leaned into him, eyes fluttering close.

Wesker held her there, not like he usually did, softer and more concerned for her. He broke their kiss for a moment and stared at her, brushing a hand onto her cheek.

" I'm a completely different person around you..."

Brigid nodded, agreeing with him. She didn't know what to say. She hugged him hard, whispering the words she'd wanted to say for a long time. "I love you..."

Wesker felt different... like he was never the crazy man he was, just a simple loving man. He held her and let the words leave his mouth.

" I...I love you too "

Brigid took a few deep breaths, trying to calm her erratic heartbeat. Pure relief surged through her, the depression evaporating. He loved her. It made sense that he thought he had to kill her. It was such a Wesker thing to do. Brigid almost laughed out loud at her own stupidity.

Wesker held her close still, rubbing his hands up and down her soft body, he smirked and began kissing down her neck, for once letting her willfully react to him.

Brigid shivered and wrapped her arms around him. She loved how his lips felt against her skin. It was made even better by the thought that he loved and cared for her. Brigid tilted her head, giving him more access to her neck.

Wesker lightly bite down on her neck, leaving a trail of noticeable marks down to her breasts, slowly peeling off the top of her clothing.
