Paine chuckled from the sight an sat by the tree in amusement and watched. "I think you may need to pick up your feet in order to out run them" she called out

Seeing the birds fly towards him as he arose seemed to pulse inside him. Truth enough was he just seemed to react without meaning too. Throwing the gun he seemed to hit half the flock and pierce the tree truck with the barrel. Slowly he rolled under the rest of the birds and grabbed the shotgun. Reflex made him aim straight for the birds not hesistation, as embarassed and quiet he was he wanted the animals to fear him. In all directions the bird flew almost frightened. The light returned to his eyes and again iq seemed boyish. "Uh where do the birds go ms.paine?"

she looked at him puzzled. "im sorry I lost sight of them when the sun got in my eyes" she giggledand tucked the hair that was in her face behind he ear and tried to find sight of the birds.

He was very confused and thought as hard as possible on what had just happened while he had been doing whatever he was doing. "So they go bye bye?" he asked even confused and a little unsure of what her giggle meant.

"yep sorry they go bye bye. To bad too it was funny to watch" Paine pulled out a knife from her back pocket and choped off her long hair white hair. Now it was short and the length was an inch shorter that it almost could touch her shoulders. it wasnt a big deal either that her long hair was gone it felt lighter and breezer too.

IQ stepped back from the girl a bit speechless at the site of seeing th blade in her hand. For him women and knives didn't mix because he never did seem to say the right things at the right time. "Sorry I ruined your fun." he replied.

"yeah you did ruin my fun and I love my fun" she said in a slow tone and glared at him. "maybe I should teach you a lesson for ruining a girls good time" she smirked

Wide eyed he shook his head vigorously. "No. No you shouldn't." he said in a mouse like voice.

Paine giggled sweetly. "thats a shame you accually thought I would hurt you just for that. what kind of person do you think I am" she stood up and walked over to him an grabbed the book from his pocket. she soon flipped through it an started reading bits and pieces.

Gently he took the book away from her and plucked it from her grasp, he put it in his back pocket and shoved it deep enough that he would know if she took it, he was hesistant more then just slightly. "I don't know what kind of person you are at all ms.paine."

"Im just your average teenage girl, though this miss buisness is bothering me a bit" she eyed his back pocket. "why wont you let me read that book" Paine pouted.

"Don't take this the wrong way but you don't seem average. Average teenage girls don't have knives in there pocket. Also your manner doesn't seemed to concern about anything." he replied to her. The pout made him submit, lifting the book out of his pocket he handed it too paine.

Paine started reading the first chapter of the book. It seemed pretty interesting and its been a while since she's read a good book. "to tell you the truth I wasnt human once but now I am cause I hated my life not being able to worry that of a human" she shot him a gently smile flipping to the next page. "I like to carry around little weapons with me just in case I get into any trouble"

Even the friendly smile made him a bit nervous and struck him with a little fear in his heart but what wasn't strange now and days. Unfortunately his curiousity seemed to get the best of him and he just had to ask. "Trouble? What do you mean?" he asked hoping the question wouldn't get him into trouble.
