In a clothing store Rose walked around unamused by the clothing. She hated shopping but it had to be done. She picked out a few things and payed for them with stolen money before going to another store.

Maikeru was in a music store next door for the same reason as always he felt like it would be the best thing for him. He grabbed CD after CD of different genre's from pop to slow jams. They weren't comics but he could relate more then relatively well to every song that was sung. Wether it was about heart break or change he was as rose put it before 'in control'.

Heading to the counter he paid in case exactly what he owed and left happily without worrying. Passing by the store he looked in the window thinking of buying his daughter sai something only to find rose in there busy as can be. "Oh no." was all he muttered before he rushed away.

Rose seen M rush away and rolled her eye. 'Must of made an impression.' she thought mentally laughing. She went on though the mall passing many store non that interesting her until she laid eyes on the a gift shop. She hesitated before heading in. she picked out a small photo frame. She took a photo out of her pocket of her and Kuon and put it in the frame seeing that if fit she took it to the register.

Maikeru was now far from rose on the top floor of the mall and had gotten a free pair of plastic binoculars from the toy store. At heart maikeru was unable to grow up and just couldn't bring himself to so. Seeing rose in the gift shop he looked through his binoculars and saw her with a picture of a young man. "Who is that?" he asked himself.

Many of the bystanders were just watching him amused and thought he was just a fairly goffy man.

She payed for the frame and let the woman behind the counter rap with with the photo in it. She also got a card for Kuon she just felt like getting him a gift. Sort of a sorry and thank you kind of thing. She walked out of the store with her gift and card when she got the feeling of being watched. She looked up seeing M, she raised an eyebrow at him.
She mouthed the words 'what do you think your doing?' knowing he could see her through the binoculars.

M put the binoculars a gulped a bit looking both left and right pretending he didn't see rose. Backing away from her eye contact he scooted bit by bit against the wall ducking into a hardware store. From her evil glare and bad thoughts he would be safe and happy, an enviroment that was all his own. What he did was find a way to the aisle with different colored woods that he could furnish his new home with.

Rose had gone up to the store he was in and found him walking up to him quickly before he could run away. "What were you doing?" She asked hands on her hips. "Were you spying on me?!"

"I wasn't do anything and you really have to keep your voice down here, please." he replied putting his finger to his lips and asking her to be quiet with a shhh noise. "Look you really should get back to shopping I'm sure that you have lots to do." he said grabbing a remodeling magazine taht had pictures of various, showers, faucets, and wood furnishings.

Maikeru was strange but his attitude was way stranger then usual and a bit paranoid in this particular shop and place.

She grabbed the magazine out of his hands. "What did you see?" She asked in a deadly dark tone her eyes narrowed at him glaring a look that would make grown men shiver with fear.

"What are you talking about?" he asked generally confused about what she was trying to tell him. "I saw you and that's it." he told her grabbing a new magazine and heading for the front of the store where she wouldn't make a scene. The magazine was less then 10 cents and he paid the little bit of change and headed out with his CD's and magazine looking for a auto parts store.

She put the magazine down and fallowed him out. "Dont fuck with me, I want to know what you seen, how long were you watching?" she asked more calmly but still pissed.

"I didn't see anything just you, what more do you want I finally replied to you and that's the truth." he told her getting a bit impatient. Maikeru headed for a auto parts store and looked at all the different parts. Instead of browsing he merely went to to the desk and asked for his 'order'. Unlike most individuals he wasn't specific on what was inside the parcel he received.

"I also asked you how long you were watching for?" She asked getting annoyed with him. "Freak..."

"A few seconds briefly." he replied. "Why does it matter?" he asked curiously. Maikeru ignored her freak comment and merely grabbed his package payed and ran from rose.

She rolled her eyes at him, who asks a question then runs away? She sighed and walked out of the store heading the other way.
