Rorschach stood in front of a window, over looking the park where Kana sat. He quickly opened his suitcase and began piecing together a silenced sniper rifle.

" Pathetic? I think not..."

He slowly attached the scope and loaded up the first few rounds, quickly focusing on Kana's body.

Kana yawned and curled up. He was smiling and feeling peaceful. The moonlight hit his face perfectly.

Rorschach let off a quick shot, aiming at her chest, then a second heading for her leg. He knew how to take care of someone. Cripple then kill was his method.

The first shot missed, as Kana had laid down. The second shot hit him squarely in the leg. His eyes widened, but he didn't scream or cry out. He jumped up quickly, grimacing. He looked around, searching for the shooter.

Rorschach quickly fired off his last shot, aiming for his left shoulder blade.

Kana ducked, eyes locking on the building the shots were coming from. He ran towards the building, pulling the bullet out as he went. It hurt like hell, but he'd had worse.

Rorschach quickly busted through the window and drew his stun gun, he charged it to full levels and ran toward Kana, who was so anxious to find his attacker

"Hello again," Kana said calmly, jumping over Rorschach again. He dropped to the ground and swept his good leg out.

Rorschach jumped over the leg, hovering over Kana for a brief second he launched the two prongs of the stun gun, aiming for the man's chest.

" To slow! "

Kana smirked and grabbed the stun gun. With his other hand, he flipped a knife out from his sleeve and flung it towards Rorschach's crotch. He fought dirty.

Rorschach simply moved his leg in the way and took the hit, smirking under his mask he quickly ripped out the knife from his leg and stood still.

"Now we match," Kana said simply. He smiled and jumped up, landing a good three feet away.

Rorschach let his leg bleed and rip as he walked toward Kana, drawing out a combat knife from inside his trench coat. He raised it high above his head, as if he was about to stab him. Rorschach was about to throw the knife straight at Kana, but his head ached with pain, random flash backs of a wedding, an old run down town, so many things rushing into his head. He fell flat on his knees and gripped his head in pain.

" W-what's g-going on! "

Kana just looked at him. He had a strange, almost overpowering urge to comfort him. That made no sense, of course, so he just sat down and watched him intently. He didn't say a word, though his heartbeat sped up. Not because of the adrenaline, either.
