Tsuchi entered the area of the park in it's morning awakening at dawn. He looked around smelling Kira Sanjiro's scent was once here before along with Tensenga Numai. Then he picked up Aveira's scent as well. He seemed really weird for just walking around there alone at this time of hour. Yet he was just tracking someone down..

Shinda was chasing a squirrel around the park. "GET BACK HERE!!!" She reached out a hand and green lightning shot from her hand, incinerating the small creature.

He looked at the girl and saw what happened. Oni blinked and began walking up to the girl. Interested in what he witnessed. "Hmm...", all he made was that sound while getting her scent as well..

Shi looked up at the person. "This mean squirrel stole my earring." She picked up the small piece of jewelry and put it back in.

'Human..', he simply thought about when he got a good whip of her scent so that lead to a counclusion she knew spells then. "Oh? Is that so? How does one get easily beaten by something so small to begin with..?", he asked the girl while looking at her 'dress code' of fashion. 'Sexy..', Oni licked his lips a bit with nasty thoughts now. Forgetting why he came here!

"That sucks..", he said getting closer to the girl. "You are.. Shinda..?", he asked reading her name above her head.. The Chigami eyes of course..

Shi nodded. "Nice to meet you, Oni," she said, reading his name as well. "I also go by Shi."

((While you were gone, Dea made a new rule that said due to Ryuk, you can see whatever that person is being called, whether it's their real name or not. So she can see his fake name, but not his lifespan, since he's a chigami))

He titled his head. "Yeah I call myself that.. So I guess you have a Death Note?", he asked her directly.. Yet wasn't sure how the Death Note system worked out too well.. That information died with Kira and Rena.

He flicked her head. "I'm sure that's true, tsch another mislead but how do you know about the Death Note?", he asked so suddenly where he had her sources about this. Was it when he leaked Kira out??
