It was around noon and the park was filled with children Rose sat under a tree away from the playground with her text book in her lap studying for her classes.

Maikeru walked up the sidewalk normally dressed in standard clothing blending relatively well. When the ice cream truck stopped in front of the park children screamed while others whined in excitment running to it. It had been a long time since maikeru himself had any desserts and decided not to break his clean streak with the sweets.

Rose looked up at all the screaming kids seeing the ice cream truck. She smiled to herself remembering when she was a kid and her mother and father would take her to the park. She made a mental note to remember to go see them soon. She seen Maikeru walking and waved but he probably wouldn't see her.

Maikeru did catch the wave but wasn't sure if it was rose or thorn but all the same he replied with just as friendly of a wave to her. The books scattered around her made him ponder more and more about what she was currently reading. He was a sucker for a good read.

Rose smiled she was in a rather cheer full mood today. Not know if it was the books, the beautiful day or all the children running around so care free it made her feel calm. Ether way she wasn't going to question something nice. She picked her book back up and flipped the page starting the new chapter 'Media tactics'.

Rose seemed different and maikeru was very eager to approach her and see why but decided against it fearing that he would ruin her rather happy day. The time came and went slowly without so much as him detecting any change. Out of nowhere his cell phone started ringing and a text message appeared, 'Kira is coming back.' the ring continued coming from one phone after another.

Hearing all the phones go off rose looked up at Maikeru with a confused excretion. Hearing her own phone she pulled it out of her pocket seeing the same text and was even more confused.

Some people looked around only to find the streets littered with individuals doing the same some panicked but most rightfully horrored. Maikeru looked at rose who herself may have received the same text and he walked over casually. The women and children evacuated the playgrounds as hostile wives protected there kids and called there husbands to see if they had received the same thing. Maikeru pocketed his cell phone switching it to vibrate should something like that occur again.

Rose stood up from her seated place under the tree and placed her books in her bag. "Who could have the power to send a text to everyone?" She asked Maikeru when he was in ear shot.

"I don't know they would need to know there way around a computer." he replied looking rose in her eyes. "Kind of spooky to think he's still out there when last we heard they were dead. I'm not sure what this but I have feeling it's far from over." he replied with a stern face.

She nodded in agreement. "Why would they broadcasting in this manner. A tv ad would be esayer but the text... this kira is much more personal."

'I should talk to L about this... maybe i should rejoin the investagation.' She thought wondering if the investagation team was still together.

"Well if he is getting more personal then he is getting serious and just beginning to warn everyone of his reach." he replied thinking deeply to himself. "I think he doesn't want us to forget he's watching. Think about crime goes down and everyone is happy but one crime can take anyone over the edge."

"I'm still trying to figure out how he's killing off all these people at the same time simultaneously. I don't think he's getting aggressive, just making a point." he replied nicely. "Well if you were kira how would you watch all of this happening?"

Rose shrugged, "I dont know, But i still this this is a bold and aggressive act, its on a personal level. I take getting a text like this as a threat there for its aggressive. Dont you feel threatened?"
