Rhythm_L entered the library, looking around. She could tell already that this would be a favourite place of hers. All the books around were ones she'd read, however, and she was hoping to find others...

M had been on his laptop typing away going through file after file of every criminal case he could get his hands on. The list went on for what seemed like an eternity of japan's strangest death's and how they were commited. Kira at times seemed to be nothing more then a copycat but who was he to judge. At one point he had done the same thing following patterns. Next to his own laptop lay a mount of books on psychology, physics, and newspaper articles with the latest victims. In his coat were shoulder holsters both two loaded Glock 18. Around his neck there was a badge from the F.B.I. Of late the investigation had taken a sudden halt and only certain investigators were given information on the kira case from the police investigators to even the global goverment. M was now an active member of both these groups. Finally drifting out of his own deep thoughts he saw a young girl wandering around. His curiousity peaked for merely and instant.

Rhythm turned around, having the feeling that someone else was there. She saw a man, he seemed a bit secretive, but she was used to that. She looked at the book he was reading. Interesting. She hadn't seen it before. Maybe this library did have new books for her after all.

M logged off of his laptop and put it away in a bag that crossed over his shoulder along with it he put the kira case files in his bag tucked away safely for later. Being the organized and clean freak he'd been turned into M took all the books he taken from the shelves and put them away in the exact place they had been previously. Memorization just seemed to be a strong suit for him that he considered an asset and burden. On his way of putting up the last few articles he had borrowed from the library articles he came cross the fiction section it had been awhile since he explored the place. For a moment he turned to the young lady who had walked in earlier. For a bit she seemed lost but perhaps it was more that she wondered where to start. It certaintly wasn't uncommon or unexpected.

Rhythm watched the man as he walked out. He seems odd. She looked again at all the books on the shelves. Maybe there was something good. She looked around to see if there was anyone she could ask.

((I didn't walk out or did I -switches into ninja outfit.)) Walking to the head librarian's desk he wanted permission to use there more private studies for himself. She seemed polite enough to let him do so but for some reason the lady examined him closely before the badge hanging from his neck flashed. Hesistantly the librarian allowed it and showed him to the back room and gave him new material to look over. M lost himself in his studies of every possible death experience and possiblity which seemed endless.

Rhythm watched as the man went to see what seemed to be the librarian. If there are any interesting new books here it might be an idea to ask her, but I'm not even sure if I'm supposed to be here. If I start asking around I might draw attention to myself. I don't want that.

Coming out of the back room again M put up three of ten other books that the librarian gave him after recommending them. He looked over at the small girl unsure of what she may be doing here alone. Walking up to there he tapped her on her shoulder very softly. "Um excuse me?" he said politely as possible.

Rhythm jumped as someone tapped her on the shoulder. It was the man that she had seen before. He seems polite at least. Odd, not many people would notice me. "Yes?"

"You seem lost." he said with a timidness that was unmistakeable to any individual which he didn't do to mock this young lady but was his personality. "Did you need some help?" he asked wondering her preferences. M was always told the type of books a person liked said alot about them.

"Not exactly lost... You see, normally when I come to any library, or a place with books in, all I do is come across ones that I've read before. I read alot, you see." Rhythm took a book out of her bag. "I usually have to bring ones like this around with me. And I can only guarantee I haven't read this one before because I got it straight from the publisher." She looked aound her, scanning the shelves. "Surprisingly enough, I can see a few here that I haven't read. I was kind of looking for a particular section of the library. There's never any new ones in my favourite section though..." She said wistfully.

M withdrew a book from his back pocket titled brick, the cover was still intact the pages untorn, marked, or even written upon for a single second. "I know what you mean this one is an original copy signed by the actor who played the main character in the movie. It's my favorite, I even have the poster in my apartment at home signed, but the best book stores are located in time square." he told the truth with hesistation. There was no hidden agenda or plan for M, he was just an individual who really loved books, the politeness he showed was authentic but had curiousity laced with it. "If you head to time square in old town you will find the widest collection you've ever seen. Everything from fantasy to autobiographies. They change there selection every week to keep there customers interested." he he smiled at young girl because he finally found someone who enjoyed books as much as he did, may be more so.

"Oh wow!" Rhythm said, eyes shining. "I love to read loads of different things, but every library or shop I come across seems to have no new books. It kind of doesn't help that I try to get ones straight from the publishers though." She smiled. "So, what kind of books do you like?" she asked.

"Me too" she said. "I also like detective stories" she said sheepishly. "Even though I know from experience that they're nothing like the stories, being a rather strange version of one myself." Why did I tell him that anyway? But when it comes to non fiction, I like criminal phsycology and things like that.
