Maikeru had his lab coat on and worked in the large area dissecting a snake on the operating table with a scapel. The surgical mask was held firmly into place and his glasses scopes attached to the both of them so he could examin the blood samples and the more detailed parts of the creatures. On the rubber gloves he wore were bits of blood which he made sure didn't stain his coat or touch his skin just in case his specimens were sick or infected.

Zema pressed her face against the window. She had come to the university out of curiosity. And who else did she see? No other than her friend dissecting a snake. Her hands where against the window, and she knew she probably looked stupid but she watched interested. She just hoped he wouldn't look over at that moment. Zema knew she probably looked like a fool.

Maikeru be heard from the inside of the glass room for classes to come by and see him or work with him if they chose. He grabbed a tape recorder and spoke into it politely pressing the play button on the device. "Subject seems to be able to regrow his organs but skeletal restructure is needed for the effects to be used on human beings. More research is needed and further data added to the file." he said pressing the stop button.

Putting down the tape recorder he took off his surgical mask and glasses turning to the window to see zema. He took off his gloves throwing them on the table and rushing out of the room. "Yo!" he said stealing her word to say hello. "What are you doing here?" he asked excited to see her.

Zema grinned, hearing the way he greeted her. "Hola!" She waved. "I was just passing through seeing what the big deal about this was. The other day you were so excited to talk about this place. So yeah." She shrugged then looked at him. "I couldn't help but watch you dissect."

"Yeah I was doing some mor research on the regenerative capabilities of lizards in other species of reptiles." he replied non chalantly. "That snake was the first successful trial run. It seems that the stomachs he uses to digest his pray multiplied making him able to duplicate the process. In others words he made a new digestive track. Would you like to come in and help me out?" he asked curiously.

"I was hoping you would show and take the job I told you about so I had a lab coat made for you and a ID badge. It would be great fun working with you." he said opening the door and waiting for a response.

"Sure. Wait, you already had a lab coat and ID badge made for me?" She raised her eyebrow a bit. "I'm I that easy to read? You knew I'd come looking for a job?" She reached and took the door from him and held it open watching him.

"I only guessed and I don't have a picture of you just your name so that was printed on the badge. I know you like working with the pets at the store so I brought them here by asking the university for guinea pigs. They agreed so there all inside." he replied walking into the lab once again.

The hook on the door held zema's coat and her ID babged pinned to it as well with a pen in the pocket in case she decided to write down notes. Maiker grabbed another pair of rubber gloves and dispose of the other one. The snake he had previously worked on he sewed up as the lining seemed to restore itself slowly and he reutnred it to it's cage. "You know you don't have to work here if you don't want to I just thought you would like it."

She held up the coat, seeing it was a bit to big for her but she put it on anyway, replacing it with the goggles on the hook.There had only been one occasion in which she had to where a lab coat like this before, and behind it a bad memory. Zema dismissed the memory sending it away. She looked at her badge. Nothing much was on it but her name. "Shame you didn't know my last name." She laughed moving closer to watch him.

"No, I can work here- I could use the job. Besides, I have nothing else to do during the day." She took of the pen from the coat pocket and flipped it through her fingers. She watched him return the snake to its cage and raised an eyebrow. Hadn't he just killed it?

"Qell the pay here is double what you make anywhere else since the research is necessary." said politely. "And I'm sorry about your badge but you can always have it corrected at anytime and by the way you can have your coat replaced and where your googles if you want. I know how much you like them and oversized clothes." he said laughing at the way she looked in her coat. Maikeru turned to tap on the cage the snake waking up it's tongue poking out at him.

"Hey there big guy, sorry I had to do that but I told you that it wouldn't take to long to do my research." he said backing away from the cage and lowering himself down to cabinets down on the floor.

She pulled her coat shut to make it look like it fit, because it squeezed around her frame. "Eh, with all the recent killings going about, It might be good that only half my name is on the tag, wouldn't you agree?" She didn't know if he had been reading the papers or was even interested but didn't want to keep talking about it just in case he didn't.

"I thought you had just dissected that snake, its completely healed. Amazing." She said, looking at it.

"Yeah your right with kira on the loose but I they only seem to be interested in criminals." he replied turning his attention to the snake once again. "We are testing a drug on that snake which is non toxic and recreates the regenerating of lizards after a single dose." he said watching zema with a smile. "The properties we took from the lizard dna and attached to the healing process of the snake gave us great results." M said this all calm and carefully.

"We had a dead human subject who's hard seemed to react even though there wasn't any life left in him. We call the rebirth formula, all his organs crucial to the man's survival if he was alive duplicated. Meaning we could have more donors around the world surviving without having to die first. Patience would receive a transplant on time." maikeru talked with excitment in his voice.

"Would you like to see the notes?" he asked taking the file from the bottom cabinet and getting up to hand it to zema.

Zema was shocked at what he was saying. She was similar in a way. "Oh, yes please." She said taking the files. She scanned through them, reading each paper then going on. "This is amazing. A very remarkable discovery." Excited was written all over her face. "Its incredible."

"There are side offects of the drug such as times of extreme exhaustion in subjects since there masses of ther body may not be proportional to the organs that are growing. Unless the organ is surgically removed then the subject can and will die in time. The longests time for survival was two and half days before the subjects regrown parts and dupliecated part made the body exapnd explode." he said this looking at the sanke who ws the most sucessful trial.

"The back room has the most technological advanced projects, one I started working on after I saw your googles. The technology in it fascinated me so I recreated a few things and then enhanced the natural capablities a humans eys may have. I want you to see whenever you get the chance." he said bowing with respect.

"The technology I created for my goggles inspired you?" She said, a bit confused. It was just something she had created to easily carry everywhere she went. "I'd love to see the advanced projects." She sat the folder down and went and got her goggles, actually putting them on this time. She could record data on them if she needed to with the flutter of her eyelid.

"Please follow me this way." he said politely opening up the door to the backroom and turning off the lights from where they had previously been. Nothing but metal cabinets surrounded them each with a scanner and keypad on them. The nearest three he opened without hesistation. The metal drawers slide out and maikeru put three projets on the middle table.

The first technological porject was the googles he'd been working on which were blue and had orange lenses with five octagon shaped patterns on them. "This here is called the eagle eye. Each octagon lets you do multiple task and responds to your brain pattterns. On the side is a A.I plug that lets you log and hack any computer system."
