Alice's eyes widened.
Holy hell... what happened?

"No... I wouldn't call that disfigured... I would call that an unfortunate happening..." Alice felt a bit of remorse for this woman.

"How did it happen... if I can ask..."

"Divine punishment is a bitch," she said simply. "Fortunately, I can gain my site back sometimes." She licked a spot of blood on her lips and her eyes flashed a darker purple.

"Ah... so, you thrive on blood, don't you?" A devious plan formed in Alice's mind.

"And I was just about to ask how you can see." Alice smirked.

This could work... a murderous team... pair... if she's ok with it...

Aveira nodded. "Death, suffering, blood. They all have effects on my sight. Blood has the least effect, but if I take enough, it lasts for awhile..."

"Hmm... let's make a deal... You don't kill me, like I'm sure you can, I'll give you all blood from my victims. An offer is open if you want to kill with me, too." Alice smiled.

Aveira flicked her forehead, a habit she had picked up from a former love. "I can get my own victims, thank you. Besides, leftover blood is disgusting."

"You're no fun..." Alice sighed, and sat down on the pavement.

"Your blood is quite unique, though. I think I want more." Aveira yanked her up and bit her wrist casually.

Alice yelped.
This... feels... AWKWARD!

She pulled her arm away."Get my blood elsewhere!"

Aveira shrugged. "Whatever." She grabbed her by the hair and yanked, exposing her soft neck. She bit into it deeply, lapping up the blood.

I love this feeling... so long as I don't die.

"If you don't kill me, you can do this any time you want." Alice had a childish sound to her voice.

Aveira continued licking her blood for awhile before releasing her. She'd be a little anemic for a while, but she'd live.

Alice smiled. "Sadly, you're only giving me a taste... and nothing more..." She pouted.

Aveira licked her lips. "I think it's me that's doing the tasting," she pointed out.

"But I want MORE!" Alice moaned.
