Fighting Myself

Kana was in her female form practicing outside the temple. She had her two daikatana in her hands and she was fighting a ghost. The ghost was invisible to everyone but him. She had one katana and was
fighting Kana easily. They were evenly matched, of course.

((A daikatana is a short katana))

Rorschach sat on a large pillar, watching Kana endlessly swing at the air, a small cigarette between his fingers, something had made him try it awhile ago, he was hooked. Not only that, but he was turning into a drunk.

" What a crazy girl...."

Rorschach dawned a smirk watching Kana go insane after his victory in Kana's home.

Kana laughed happily as she fought with herself. It was the most fun she'd ever had while practicing. They knew each other's moves perfectly and could counter them. But because they knew that, it was like a head game where simply reacting wasn't enough. It made her forget all the bad things that had happened in the past week.

Rorschach stared down at Kana, seeing her swing around in an endless circle by herself. But for a moment he realized his nose was bleeding again, dawning an even bigger smile as he felt the drug like rush hitting his body.

Finally Kana stopped. She bent over with her hands on her knees, panting to catch her breath. She straitened and smiled at Ghost Kana. They talked about weapons and styles for a moment and laughed at their different opinions. Kana looked truly carefree and happy. Except for the fact that she appeared to be talking to no one, that is.

Rorschach quickly shook himself back into reality, controlling the drugged state that was trying to take place. He stared at the insane looking Kana, taking out a gun from his side and aiming it at her.

" Time to end this..."

He let off a quick series of shots toward her body, specifically her mid section

Ghost Kana saw Rorschach a moment before. She shouted out a warning. Kana ducked and rolled to the side, getting into a defensive position. She looked up and glared at Rorschach.

Rorschach reloaded and raised his gun back at Kana, jumping off the pillar and walking slowly toward Kana.

" Well, Well, Well..... We meet again Kana "

Kana's eye twitched. "Why do you keep following me?" she asked in a monotone voice.

" Simple, I have to kill you "

Rorschach shot once again at Kana's shoulder blade, then another at her foot. All this happening while he continued chuckling in his evil voice.

Kana dodged sideways, letting the bullet just graze her shoulder. Meanwhile, Ghost Kana had gotten an idea. She ran toward Kana and pushed her sideways. Hard. Caught off balance, Kana fell. Her eyes widened and she looked up at Ghost Kana in shock.

The bullet aimed at Kana's foot had ricocheted against the ground, hitting a Buddha statue in the head.

" Well, seems you got a little faster Kana...."

Rorschach smirked and continued to stare at Kana, dead in the eyes, although she could not see his.

Kana turned toward Rorschach, but gasped in pain. She looked back up at Ghost Kana. Ghost Kana had plunged her Katana into her living counterpart. Though the sword was invisible, the wound it made was very real. It went through Kana's leg and into the ground, pinning her firmly.

Rorschach noticed her bleeding leg and smiled, walking close to her body on the ground. Chuckling with his incredibly evil voice. He cocked his gun and aimed it square at her forehead, pulling his hat off his head.

" Alas Poor Kana, I knew her well. Struck down by a bullet... and something else. I just don't quite know what. No matter... Any last words? "

Kana gazed up at him, tears of anger threatening to fall. She wouldn't give him the satisfaction though. "I'd be happier dead anyway," she said simply. "That's where I was supposed to be. So just shoot me so I can go back to being happy."
