Ok so i and other admin have noticed that people are making to any accounts and not rping them. So here is what we have come up with.
No more than four characters per person and there must be 700 posts on one before you can make another. And if you have a character you haven't posted on in three weeks, you'll get a warning email and then another week will cause that character to die.
