Aveira just laughed and disappeared. Hearing his voice, Rei peeked up at him, wincing from the bright sunlight. Her eyes widened. "Izrael...?" she asked softly, not daring to believe it.

"I missed you too. But I'm here now." he held her tight and walked off with her away from the chapel. Aveira would pay dearly for her misdeed towards rei but for now she was safe in his arms.
