Walking into the new wedding chapel izrael was fascinated with the structure and architecture. In his imagination he imagined a lovely young couple at the alter, therer friends and family gathered, the flower girl walking up the aisle. It was a thought to remember and forget at the same time.

Aveira had been laying on one of the rafters, almost asleep. She sensed IQ below her, but didn't move to acknowledge him.

Feeling something out of place here he gripped the shotgun in his hand which he carried almost alwaysn now and days. This place made him think of betray or rather feel it. Cocking the gun he aimed toward the rafters and missed aveira barely by a hair. He shot the rows and perfectly picturesque glass windows. After awhile he calmed down. Fixing his glasses he took his gun and reloaded but didn't fire another shot. He'd never acted like this before or felt anything like it.

Aveira tilted her head to the side. "That isn't very nice, you know." She opened her hand and the stained glass window shards flowed back into place, looking just as beautiful as they had been only moments before.

"Thanks mom." he said rather sarcastically slinging the gun over his shoulder and began digging through his small camera bag. "Is this where your wedding took place?" he asked wondering why she cared for this place.

She shrugged. "Maybe. But I was here because it was quiet. 'Was' being the key word there."

Not only had this place set of a part of his personality that he rather didn't fall into again but this women did too. He had never been here and he had never meet this young lady but something felt wrong. "Sorry. I didn't mean to interrupt you. Thought that I was alone here." he said bowing.

"It's quite alright. I seem to fade into the background as of late..." She flipped down and smiled at him, though her eyes hovered somewhere over his shoulder. "You don't remember me, do you?"

Thinking to the best of his abilities which of at this point wasn't much he still did not recognize her. "Nope." he said smiling. "I have no idea who you are." he told her.

((Rei and iq seemed to get along. But I am pretty sure he never had a way with aveira or did he? -hint hint- I am just pulling your leg. -pulls leg-))

"Well, that's probably for the best. Someone's been waiting for you to return, you know." Aveira chuckled darkly. She'd had free reign with her other half in IQ's absence. "You can find her in the cellar below this chapel."

The smile seemed to give her way all to easily. The name seemed burned into him instantly at her cold voice that pierced even this hollowed chapel. Quickly iq ran towards the cellar all the way down the stairs.

Rei was laying in the cellar, chained to a wall. She had multiple wounds and bruises covered her body. Her wings as well as her clothes were in tatters and there was a hollow look in her eyes. She didn't even look up at IQ's presence.

Hurt, frustrated, and more than that guilt ridden did not begin to embrace or become embraced by his heart. They wouldn't do his feeling justice and dared not try to it seemed. Loading the gun and shooting the chains he scooped rei into his arms and walked up the stairs. His eyes shadowed as he only continued to look at the small for of rei in his arms.

Rei flinched and curled up in his arms. She didn't see Izrael's face and thought he was just some demon Aveira had gotten to move her. She'd done it before. Rei whimpered and shut her eyes tight.

Izrael hated that she thought he was nothing more then one of aveira's lackeys to do more harm to her. Coming up into the light of the chapel should of hinted that he was neither a demon or vampire. Then again who was he to even speculate what aveira had done to friend rei in his absence. Walking right past aveira there came a pulsating from his body, an anger of unspeakable orgins, and even more a unique personality that he never intended to show. "You will pay!" he spoke to aveira as the glass she had replaced shattered from each window and shook the peaceful church. Walking through the double doors he hugged rei tightly.
